Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship From

All items are shipped from India. We ship internationally, including to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3-4 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Packaging

We take care to package every item securely for international transit:

• Deco/patch and handicraft items are shipped in bubble wrap with foam cushioning and clear "fragile" marking on the outer packaging.
• Paintings and sketches are rolled and shipped in high-grade cardboard tubes, sealed at both ends to protect the artwork during transit.

If an item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and photograph it along with the item before contacting us — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

4. Shipping Costs

• Deco/patch and handicraft items: the listed price includes packaging and courier charges — no additional shipping fee is charged at checkout for these items.
• Paintings and sketches: the listed price includes packaging and courier charges — no additional shipping fee is charged at checkout for these items.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Our prices are all-inclusive. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applicable to your order are already included in the listed price — you will not be charged anything additional on delivery.

6. Order Tracking

7. Delays & Lost Packages

While we take care in packaging and dispatching every order, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local courier services once the package has left our hands. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at salonig2cando@gmail.com and we will assist in tracking it down.
