These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through ateliercolorecanada.com (the "Site"), operated by Atelier Coloré Canada ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We are based in India and ship internationally, including to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

2. Products

We sell original and reproduction artwork (oil paintings, acrylic on canvas, sketches, sculptures) and curated Himalayan/regional handicrafts. Product descriptions, dimensions, and materials are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations in color or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of the items and differences in screen display.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Our prices are all-inclusive: for deco/patch and handicraft items, the listed price includes packaging, courier charges, customs duties, and import taxes. For paintings and sketches, You will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees on delivery beyond the price shown at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or item unavailability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted; this confirmation does not guarantee availability of one-of-a-kind original artworks until shipment is confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through [PAYMENT PROCESSOR — TO BE ADDED]. We do not store your full payment card details. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

6. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for processing times, carriers, and estimated delivery windows. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Original Artwork & Authenticity

Where an item is sold as an original, one-of-a-kind work, we represent that it is authentic as described. Any certificates of authenticity, artist information, or provenance details provided are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first at salonig2cando@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will govern that order.
